WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major credit cards or cash. Payment can be made in person when you pick up your device. An invoice will be emailed or texted to you upon completion of the repair. The invoice can be paid online, often with the same device I just repaired.

Most services are to be paid for upon service completion.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

Klein Technical Services works with various vendors so the highest quality parts can be offered at the lowest price possible.

You can rest assured that if I wouldn't want to put a part in my own phone; I most certainly wouldn't put it in yours.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

The repairs themselves only take an hour or two depending on the complexity of the repair, phone brand, and construction.

When you schedule a repair, we will discuss what is needed, and when it would be best for you to drop off and pick up your device.

This serves to minimize the time that you may be without your device.
