I value professionalism, a commitment to quality, and building relationships with customers as I strive to grow and become the best smart phone repair service in the West Metro area. I cater to each job’s specific needs, and guarantee satisfaction with all my work. I am proud of the quality of my work and offer a variety of technical services for my customers.

Fixing things is a way of life for me. As a kid I spent a lot of time hanging out with my Dad and Grandfather in his lawnmower repair shop, and my fondest memories of time spent with my dad is when we were working together in his garage. After high school I joined the Air Force to become an aircraft mechanic, fixing things is in my blood, what a better and cooler way than to work on the F-15E Strike Eagle in the USAF. After four and half years of active duty I joined the Air Force Reserves as an aircraft mechanic on the C-130 for 18 years till I retired from service back in 2016.

Working as an aircraft mechanic instilled in me the importance of attention to detail and cemented the need for integrity and taking pride in all you do.

I first started working as a Quality Control Inspector back in 1999 for a biomedical company. It was a natural transition for me from military to civilian life. Attention to detail and the criticality of getting things done right, was still paramount as failure of the product to work properly could result in a matter of life or death.  

​

25 years later and I'm still working in Quality. Though now I work for a defense contractor, the mission is still the same: delivering a quality product to ensure the safety of those that use it.
